Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to consulting, automation implementation, documentation, and handoff services provided by Hardway Consulting.

Services

Hardway Consulting provides digital business consulting services, including AI automation, CRM and email automation, workflow automation, custom internal tools, documentation, and implementation support.

Project Scope

Work is provided according to the written scope, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement approved by the client. Scope, timeline, access needs, and deliverables may vary by project.

Payment

Payments are handled through Stripe invoices unless another written payment method is agreed. Projects may be billed as fixed-fee, milestone-based, or custom-scoped consulting engagements. Payment terms are listed on the invoice or written project agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required account access, and any approvals needed to complete the work. Delays in client feedback or access may affect delivery timing.

Digital Fulfillment

Services are fulfilled digitally through remote consulting, implementation, documentation, training, handoff materials, and delivery of agreed project artifacts.

No Guaranteed Business Outcome

Hardway Consulting works to deliver the agreed scope professionally, but does not guarantee specific revenue, cost savings, platform approval, or third-party business outcomes.
