Refund / Cancellation Policy
Hardway Consulting provides custom-scoped digital consulting and implementation services. Refund and cancellation terms depend on the project scope, work completed, and written agreement for the engagement.
Project Cancellations
A client may request cancellation by emailing sheik@hardwayconsulting.com. If work has not started, prepaid amounts may be refundable unless the written agreement states otherwise.
Work Already Performed
Fees for completed consulting, implementation, documentation, research, configuration, or delivered project artifacts are generally not refundable. For milestone-based projects, completed milestones are generally not refundable.
Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has started, any partial refund will be reviewed based on the unused portion of the project fee, work already completed, non-recoverable costs, and the written project agreement.
Invoice Disputes
If there is a concern about an invoice or charge, contact Hardway Consulting as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
